  We had a pleasant stay thanks to mr Vincent. He was very welcoming and helpful. He told us the directions when we arrived and he was always in contact in case we needed something.   Excellent doesn't even cover my thoughts on this hotel, truly amazing in several ways.... I checked in after a long flight from the Middle East, pretty exhausted and ready for my bed. To my great relief, not only was there a room available for me to check into straight away, but he said he woul - I have planned the stay at the property in connection with attendance wtm Event at ExCel Exhibition Centre which was amazingly near by located - just 15 mins by dlr, and the access to "Stratford International" dlr station was so close - only 2 mins walk. It was great thing about this place along with other attractive points - extraordinary polite and friendly staff, irreproachable cleanness and order in room, large very comfortable bed, nice breakfasts.
