  Everything, we arrived earlier than check in and were able to leave our car whilst we went off into London shopping, staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, they couldn't do enough for you, looking into available shows etc. The rooms were spotless, modern and the bed (kingsize) was sooo comfortable we could have slept all weekend, the... vad folk säger » continental breakfast consisted of a wide variety of food and drinks, including meats, cereal, fruit and choc biscuits etc. The hotel offered room se - The location is excellent. The hotel is nearby East Ham metro station which brings you transfer free to the city centre at Westminster Abbey/Big Ben. Lot's of restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy are just across the street. The rooms are very comfortable, modern, clean with large beds, good TV, airconditioning and very nice bathrooms. I've read in another review the roadside rooms can be noisy, but that was not our experience. In the evening it's also pretty quit on the streets. Breakfast is

  Trots det intensiva livet runt hotellet var det mycket lugnt och skönt, standard mycket bra till priseti London. Ok avstånd till city med tunnelbana och stationen låg på bekvämt gångavstånd. - Kul att kunna se planen.

  the mattress was very good, I slept better then in the usual business hotels in the city center. Ilford surely is a poorer part of London, but the people are nice. Bath room looked quite new and was very clean (I experienced the opposite some days ago in a 5* Hotel für more den 250 pound near the St. Pauls Cathedral). Good and simple connection to... vad folk säger » the City (5 Min. walk to the train and then a 18 Min ride to Liverpool Station - eastern side of the City). Good connection to the London City Airpor - We loved how quiet the area was, and were it was located from the train station, it wasnt on the night street if was off a side road which we preferred, and we found that the roomwasnt overly big but we quite like our comforts being close, the shower was lovely, my boyfriend didnt want to get out of it... we would definately stay again. the woman on reception was helpful and at night when we couldnt work the key for our room a gentleman soon came to help. i would recomend this hotel.

  I was really impressed by the hotel. Having read reviews for lots of London hotels before booking I was really hoping it lived up to the pictures and it really did. Great accommodation, very modern interior. Although we didn't use it, it had a very comfortable bar area. On the night, as we arrived late we got a taxi (which the hotel sorted - I've just returned from a two night stay at Aloft London Excel where I had a great time. Although this hotel is not in the centre of London, the DLR line (a metro line on the surface) station Prince Regent has direct access to the hotel and the station of Tower Gateway, in the centre of London, is within a trip of 15 minutes.   Although a short visit we were made to feel very welcome, staff very nice and helpfull, all areas of the service provided were excellent will definately use a premier inn again! 10/10 from me, thanks. - The overall experience was friendly and I felt very well looked after by the staff. The food in the restaurant was also of a high standard.
