The reviews and rating are well deserved. Julie and Doug were very
welcoming and friendly. Room with en-suite bathroom was large,well
equipped and very clean, great view across the fields and countryside.
The 24/7 breakfast kitchen had everything you could ask for,
cereals, fresh juice, toaster, microwave, snack bars, fruit etc and was

We loved that staying here was about as close to being in your own home as you can get. The location is perfect for getting to Stansted airport quickly. The room was everything you could hope for in a bed and breakfast with super comfy beds and wonderful choices for breakfast to include freshly baked croissants made to order. Free parking, free wifi, open stocked kitchen, toys for the kids to play with, close to IWM Duxford and Cambridge and warm welcoming owners...what more could you need?

Kevin and Pauler made us feel very welcome.. We stayed in the house
rather than an annexe and this was very comfortable. The cooked
breakfast was really good and exceptional value at only £2.50 each. The
local pub was very friendly and served good food at a reasonable price.
I would recommend this B&B for anyone who needs to stay in this area.

Really clean, modern, well appointed and comfortable room.
Hosts were friendly and helpful.
The £2.50 full english breakfast upgrade has to be the best deal in town and the quality is first class.
Even taking the cheap price out of the equation, this is the place to stay in the local area.

Our room was spotlessly clean & very comfortable. The bed & bedding were superb. We really enjoyed our evening meal, which is several cuts above 'pub grub'. The breakfast was especially good, with a wide range of choices, like the delicious Eggs Florentine I had. The service was very efficient and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The settin is a perfect example of an English village with a village green, & was very peaceful.

Great staff- nothing was too much bother, and they were very flexible and easy-going. Great food- able to cater for restricted diets. I was stranded at Stansted Airport and was looking for a clean, affordable place to stay. Homeley Farms had great reviews, so I decided to give it a try. Not only did I not regret my decision, I am going back this week. Ree and Neil made me feel at home right away after a long and stressful trip. The breakfast was a huge bonus! And the history of the place adds value and charm. Definitely recommend!

The room was excellent, very comfortable, a good size and in a very peaceful location. The resturant food was excellent and breakfast was continental, which was in a fridge in the room, which was a good idea as I could have breakfast and leave for work as early as i wanted. -
