  Our clerk, Vee was superior. He thoroughly made sure everything was perfect for our stay and even worked with us when we needed to cancel a night last minute.   Was easy check-in, although a bit confusing on the website because it says that checkin is only between 14:00 and 18:00, so I thought that after 18:00 you can't checkin, but there was someone there even though I got there after 18:00.
