The staff were excellent at the hotel. After being very confused and taken to the other Premier Inn where the staff did not have a clue how we could get to the other hotel as they said they did not have a shuttle the staff att he hotel I had booked difused the situation and granted us free shuttle service for the next day. I would stay there again
... vad folk säger » without hesitation. - My husband was admitted to hospital and we were unable to continue our holiday. The head housekeeper took me to the hospital and offered to pick me up. They were just fantastic. I was able to stay for a second night without any problem abnd as I was unsure when my husband would be out of hospital they were happy to keep the room open for me.

Stayed for 3 nights, great location for family event in Crawley. Staff
were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable.
There was a pull down bed for my daughter. Beds were big and comfortable

We stayed here for a few hours before getting a 4am lift to Gatwick airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the shuttle bus service is excellent. £3 each way from the airport to the hotel. There is a very good restaurant at the nearby Premier Inn which is 5 mins walk away if you don't want to eat at the Ibis, we had very good steaks there.

For a 3* hotel at the airport with a wide turnover of traffic, was very impressed. Check-in staff very helpful in finding me a quiet room as I have problem sleeping. This hotel is perfectly located directly outside the North Terminal
entrance nearby to the South Terminal shuttle which connects to the
train into London, It is also close by bus services into nearby Crawley.
We stayed here for one night either side of our holiday out of Gatwick and both stays were pleasant with clean rooms including a comfortable bed. The rooms were quiet with no outside noise or disturbance in the corridors. Check-in was swift using the check in computer terminals with staff

Bekvam sang - The atmosphere was really friendly and the staff made you feel very welcome. The food was very good and the service was first class. The blonde girl serving on the bar was fantastic, very helpful and looked like she actually enjoyed her work. The fact she is gorgeous as well is just a bonus! - Hotel receptionists very helpful. Great to have frequent bus transfer to the terminals and rail station.

The Six Bells pub around the corner is a great place to socialize and have a bite to eat.

The single room was small but comfortable.
Plumbing was good.
Breakfasts good too.
Short walk to the 6 Bells Pub but a bit scary walking home through the graveyard after 2 pints, a bottle of wine and an Irish Coffee.

The owner went that extra mile or even two to ensure that everything was ok for me as I ended up arriving about 5 hours later than planned, knowing that I was travelling alone. The room was warm, the bed comfortable & I was left a message with my key to confirm my transport to the airport & time. Will definitely use again if travelling through Gatwick early.

Very friendly staff, very comfortable bed with ensuite bathroom and a full English breakfast. Also complimentary taxi service to the airport - The owner was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for her. Her staff were pleasant and helpful.
