  Lovely Hotel, Staff were very friendly and polite. The room was very clean and comfortable. We didn't use the Bistro but the food both in the bar and for breakfast was very good.   Staff were most friendly from trying to locate a phone charger for me tobringing ice to the room. It was a great stay and on the merit of thestaff alone I would recommend, the hotel is lovely too. - The room was lovely, particularly liked the free wi fi in the lobby.   The apartment was perfect for my family of three! After putting my daughter to bed, my husband and I could still relax and enjoy an evening in the living room rather than hiding from her view in the bathroom. The staff was wonderful and so friendly, and the breakfast was wonderful. Also the location made it so easy to walk right into the heart of ... vad folk säger » Galway. And if you don't feel like walking into the city, you can enjoy the view of it from the amazing patio. We will definitely stay here again when - We absolutely loved the location. So close to shopping, city sights and the bus station. We also loved the size of our apartment. Our daughter is living in Galway and we were able to entertain 7 of her friends. She was also able to stay with us for the duration of our stay. The free parking garage was wonderful also as we rented a car for 3 days and didn't have to worry about parking. Last but not least, the view of the city and Galway Bay was spectacular!

  Room was brilliant and beds were luxurious. I am very critical usually but this hotel room was perfect in every way. The price was very reasonable. The hotel was central and easily found but car is needed.   The staff were amazing, so friendly and really helpful running up to the weekend we were staying there. Eamonn was helpful and gave us good advice on where to in Galway. The rooms were spacious and clean, very comfortable and the location was excellent. It was just off Eyre Square so everything was a stones throw away. It was our only accommodation in Ireland that provided everything as promised, with a central location to boot. Chris and Eamonn at the front desk were both fantastically polite and helpful.

  Firstly the location is ideal for a city break, walking distance to all the top restaurants and pubs. The hotel staff both in hotel and bar were the one of the best I have experienced in my travels. The room was basic with an Air condition unit for hot and cool air, worked perfectly with only a very low hum .   We stayed for the whole weekend with 2 kids both under 2. The room was very clean that we could let the youngest crawl round the floors without fear. 1st morning we had breakfast in our room 2 members of staff came with it, they were very polite. We were also on the forth floor but the way the windows were designed there was no fear for the kids. Waiters served dinner/wine/dessert/coffee with great professionalism, very pleasant, they are a great asset to any hotel. No need to look up other hotels for further visits to Galway city. Food was excellent.

  Helen was absolutely wonderful. She was most helpful and her and her staff were beyond kind. The College Crest House has a true "home" feeling, and you will feel so welcome! The location is also wonderful- right next to the bus station and the city center- a 2 minute walk! Each morning you are asked what you would like for breakfast (a real irish ... vad folk säger » breakfast) and they cook it for you; one of the best parts of being in Ireland! - A beautiful and clean house - the room was pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful - apart from a full Irish breakfast freshly made from the kitchen, there was also ample choices of fruit, cereal, juice etc to add to that. The place was also close to the city. So you'd get a b&b experience without having to go far out from the city.
