  What a beautiful place and amongst the best customer service we have ever experienced. Manilos and the staff here are so friendly and welcoming that the experience is great from start to finish. Our room was very comfortable with the facility to make coffee and watch the mountains, so relaxing! It is perfect place to walk, eat and relax. Zaros just a two minute drive away if you need supermarket or bank.

  The villa was very nice and compact; the garden was pretty, pool was good and was cleaned regularly, the house was nicely furnished, the game/gym room was regularly used by our children.   I recently (May 2013) went to Crete by myself prior to a business trip in Greece and as a woman traveling solo, I was most concerned with a safe and friendly place to stay at. After much research on the web I chose Sevach Apts based on previous reviews. Kostas and his family are the nicest people in the hospitality business that you will ever meet... vad folk säger » . They are friendly, attentive, extremely helpful and they care very much about their guests. My room was simple yet nicely decorated. It was cleaned - We have spent 5 days in the place and really enjoyed the location close to the sea. Just crossing the road takes to the beach and two restaurants nearby. There is a bus stop, several shops around and you can rent a car as well. The town is not noisy while still on a short distance to Chania. The closest beach is not a large one but it is still convenient and you can get in 10 minutes by bus to another one, much larger. Great food in local restaurants, nice location for a late walk.   This is the very best hotel! We toured Crete for 11 days and wished we had stayed here for more than 1 night.   We had spotted the Terra Minoika through the commentaries in Booking and Tripadvisor as being one of the best hotels in Crete and having spent some days there during our latest tour of the island we can ourselves too definitely confirm this. We - We stayed in a lovely roomy studio apartment with a magnificent view over the village of Kato Zakros, which is nestled in a small bay. It was such a pleasure to wake up every day to such a beautiful view. Stella (the owner) was very helpful and friendly, giving us lots of information on local walks and lovely beaches to visit.
