  Actually it's my first visit to seoul, I've attended a conference at coex convention center that's make the location of the hotel amazing. I tried 2 other 5 stars hotels within the area, but this hotel is the best, especially the bathroom. I tried my best to extend my stay but unfortunately it was fully reserved. The staff spoke english and were very helpful with everything we needed help with. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard.
