  I was travelling with my parents and my 5 year daughter & we had a lot of luggages & we were travelling to the airport via the KAL limousine bus. The food quality is good, but the staff is not sufficiuently familiar with the demands of fine dining service.   Actually it's my first visit to seoul, I've attended a conference at coex convention center that's make the location of the hotel amazing. I tried 2 other 5 stars hotels within the area, but this hotel is the best, especially the bathroom. I tried my best to extend my stay but unfortunately it was fully reserved.   The location was great and the staff were really \friendly. The bed was comfortable although their were only two pillows and we like two each they quickly organised two more for us. The staff spoke english and were very helpful with everything we needed help with. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard.
