  Upon arrival, it was clear to see the hotel was clean and fairly luxurious (Especially for a 'Holiday Inn'!). The staff were friendly and helpful, with the room cleaned regularly, with free water and chocolate each day (at least I think they were free!). Ideal location for both shopping as well as a quick underground trip (20 minutes by central line) to the centre of London and its attractions.
