The hotel was clean & I liked the fact that it was in an old bank which made it an interesting building.The room was large & the bed & pillows were extremely comfortable. We were staying for my sons graduation from Lipa.Seven of us .It was the perfect place to stay.We liked the amazing beautiful stone building, the very large rooms with high ceilings and stone balcony,the individual nature of the hotel and the atmosphere,the beautiful decor, the huge double bed and lovely linen, the friendly and professional staff, the breakfast was extremely good, luxurious bathroom and toiletries, extremely clean. What did I like? - everything. The location was perfect - conference centre, Albert Dock, city centre on your door step. The room was surprisingly spacious and breakfast was fantastic. The apartments were clean and modern and secure and had everything you
needed home from home. Had a 9th floor apartment with a fantastic view.
The chaps on the reception were really busy as there were customers and
the phones were busy but they were really good and still gave 100%
service. The location is excellent and for the price I would definitely
come back. No complaints at all from us.

The staff are very welcoming and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble for them. They are all polite; not only did they look after us in the hotel they looked after all my guests in the party 200 of them. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We stayed with my daughter and twelve of her friends with another two adults for a birthday treat. We couldn't fault the apartments they were very clean and is only five mins away from liverpool one, it would have been more expensive going home for the night in a taxi even though we all only live approx ten miles away. My daughter has already suggested staying there on a night we are going to Liverpool Arena.
