It is an old apartment turn into a nice hostel. The location is superb: just 5 minutes walking from the Red Square, over the main avenue of Moscow. The price was reasonable according. The bathroom and mini-kitchen are shared but that is not a big problem as the place has just four rooms. The service was great. Doors and beds are rather old, but at least it is clean. Good option. location was excellent. staff was helpful and can speak English. the hotel is very close to Kremlin palace and red square. Within walking distance; you can find restaurants, bars, cafes, subway(metro) and shopping mall too.
alle vurderinger » Location is the main plus. It is 5 minutes away from kremlin and the central subway lines. From the airports DME and SVO is direct with the green line. An apartment of 4 rooms, rooms are okey, good wifi, nice staff. Kind staff, great location, free cofee and tea. very central, nice staff. Location, cleanliness. Only is good. I booked a room with two single beds with balcony but we stayed in a room without balcony with a double bed. The kitchen doesn't have a tap a there was only one in the bathroom for the whole hotel. Only one bath and only one wc which makes everything slow in the morning. However this happens in many hostels in Moscow. Common areas can be cleaner. Smell of wet, broken airconditioner. If it is busy, only on bathroom. No stove, no kitchen sink. very small pillows. Internet doesnt work often, How to find the hostel?? From metro Okhotny Ryad or Red square go about 400 metres, after Kamergerskiy St. will see on the right hand sight an archway with a gree sign. Go inside, turn left, you will see on the left the 7th entrance and a bit later on the right a sign from the hostel. Go to the 3rd door ( 9th entrance, flat 115). In front of the door call the hostel or wait for entering people to open the door. Good luck. only one toilet and one shower to supply 5 rooms guests is not sufficiently, suggest to have 2 toilet at least. Should add a wash basin in toilet and dining room. cleanless of the bathroom, lack of toilet paper,. Difficult to find the hostel. There no floor and room no mark on the letsbookhotel.com address. Lucky that there a Russian help us to call hostel and bring me there. The room fixture is old and damaged. The shower room is a disaster. The toilet is separate with shower room. But there no sink or water tube for u to water your hand after using it. If somebody using the shower room. U need to keep your dirty hand until somebody come out, it really disgusting. And we cannot connect to their wifi. No conditioner makes feel you bad and when you open the window it is too noisy and dusty. It was dirty. And though it is written as mastercard is accepted; it is not. So go with cash.
