Very good location with nice restaurants around and within walking distance from Kremlin. Staff was very helpful with giving advice and helping with transport tips, booking taxis and tourist advice. Very nice decoration and neighborhood. Location in the very center, very clean and confortable room, the people there is very friendly, helpfull and friendly. 100% reccomended!. NExt time sure it will be my first choice.
alle vurderinger » Staff is friendly and helpful. They're really good and allow us to take a show when we arrived hostel at early morning 07:00. Everything is good there. Value for money. Excellent staff; they speak perfect english and have been extremely kind at all times. The private room bed was comfortable and had a window. The staff is really friendly and ready to help you in anyway. When u'r at this hostel, u'r like at home and that's very cool. Very good location and helpfull staff. Staff speaking english. We were looking for quality double room hostel after a bad experience in other place and found Arizona Dream as a perfect match. Room was clean enough, although shared bathroom was not in perfect conditions, we recommend this place for location and reasanable quality compared to price. the situation of the hostel is very good. The manager who greeted us, Marsha, was charming and very helpful.Despite being a very central hostel, it is very quiet. There was plenty of room and a pretty good location. Location. Safe. Close location to the center. Stayed there a couple of nights and my wife couldn't sleep the first night because of mosquitoes. The second night we tried to kill as many mosquitoes as possible but we found a cockroach in the room which was disgusting. Two of the three bathrooms flooded once but I guess that was some guests' fault. It really hot at night time without aircon and fan. It many Mosquitos bite me every day and night. In think bathroom needs some renovation. Hard to find. Few showers. Not good quality of wi-fi. Nothing. All is good. It's noisy till 01:00 and after 07:00. Shared toilets (shower inside) are often occupied. Unorganized fridge, no labels available, somebody ate our food. No air conditioner Mosquitos. Only a few russians speaks or want to speak english and help you. Thas a very negative point. mosquitos, few bathrooms for the amount of beds. There are a lots of mosquitos in the room... Shared bathroom was not working properly and often unclean. the bathrooms were damaged and formed a pool of water when showering. one day we could only have one of the 3 bathrooms. It seems that some of the guests live there continually, and they behave uncivilized, do not clean the dishes, take one of the only 2 kitchen tables with their PC, etc .... On the other hand, there is not enough space in the kitchen, no free space in the fridge to put your things, and dishware is very fair!!. The people who lived there were given more priorities for the common room. Instead of sharing the coach they would lay across it. When the "group" got back they took it all over. I liked the place but would not go back. Long term stay people take over dorms. Constant 1 cm water layer on the bathroom floor (shower leaks probably), crowded and broken toilet, smashed moskytoes on the walls. Absence of hot water. Dorm rooms too small esp when longstay have taken over. very small room. dirty. No hot water. No private rooms available.
