  This is an amazing hotel. Everything was to our complete satisfaction and enjoyment. We booked a club room and experienced access to a fantastic lounge with outstanding staff service. Our room on floor 22 was a great size with great view and very well styled with Japanese influence. Our stay from start to finish was a complete joy. The tour - The bed is the most comfortable thing I have ever slept in! Have stayed here twice now as a little break from backpacking, and it is a perfect hotel. The buffet breakfast is to die for! I made a request on both stays through letsbookhotel.com for a room with a view and both stays we were on the 20th floor with stunning views of Saigon. They even let us use the pool facilities after check out until our evening flight.

  Customer service was excellent from all the staff, exceptionally clean hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms with all the amenities, free wifi, modern bathroom, breakfast buffet was superb catered for everyone, as did the Buffett during the evening. Our room was overlooking the city, but you can get rooms overlooking the river Saigon if you pay extra, w - The room was very comfortable with a great bed. The staff were friendly and helpful and the tour operator on site was also very helpful. The breakfast and high teas were terrific and always the food was made fresh. We could walk easily from the hotel to the centre of town, but taxis are always available as well. Certainly recommend hotel for others and for any future stay.
