  This is a perfect hotel for Sapa in the Winter time, the hot and cold air-conditioner is very helpful while many people suffered from Sapa cold weather. It is worth for our train ride, we arrive at about 5am on night train and take about an hour to transfer from Lao Cai train Station to hotel by shuttle bus. Hotel staffs are all very friendly and they can communicate well with Englis - The hotel located in a very well place, it is very centre but quiet becuse it is up on the hill away from the traffic, It only take 2 minutes to walk to Sapa church, market and the restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff, room clean and very warm. Trekking option is avialble at this hotel and they arranged very nice trek for us to Lao Chai and Ta van village. Inshort, We got the best value for what we paid for.

  The Sapa Paradise View Hotel was among the best hotels we stayed at during our 3 week trip in Vietnam. Mr David, the hotel owner runs a very special hotel, is very thoughtful, anticipates guests needs and provides for all the creature comforts, exceptional customer service, and then more.   We stayed at this brandnew hotel for seven nights. As every tourist, we arrived in Sapa very early in the morning. Surprisingly, we could check in as soon as we got to the hotel. That was great! After the first evening (with happy water) we had an upgrade form the second floor to the seventh. We didn't expect that the room in the second floor coul... wat mensen zeggen » d be topped. Both rooms looked very nice with big windows and a great view over Sapa. They were very clean, with a great heating and the bed was very - I like everything in Sapa Panorama Hotel that have made my great stay in Sapa, Vietnam.   The staff is awesome!!! They will do anything you ask and always in such a good mood (rarein vietnam). They are always really nice. On the day I left, they had my sandwich breakfast ready when I came down the room so I could take it on the bus with me!! The bathroom is amazing and the shower is just the best one in vietnam!   Brand new family run hotel with very nice, spacious, clean and quiet rooms. The room is nice decorated with local handicraft, has a balcony with amazing views of the mountains and a fireplace which we really enjoyed in the chilly evenings. Good breakfast. The owners are simply great, very very kind and they give very good suggestions to explore th... wat mensen zeggen » e surroundings. We booked a very nice day trip and for the following day a motorbike as well as train ticket back to Hanoi. Highly recommended, great - Extremely helpful staff, arranging tours, motorbike hire & transport back to the train station (ask for them to pick you up too as we had to wait an hour for the local minibus to be full before leaving). Gave us an extra duvet as was quite cold (visited beginning of Dec). Beautiful views from the balcony & the room was wonderful. 3minute walk to main street/restaurants. Would definitely recommend!
