The manager Stefanos, two sons and a - Excellent location, great staff whose attention to detail and desire to please was second to none! Superb breakfasts with lots of choice and extras like the small pancakes deep fried and served with honey and sesame seeds - delicious. Meals in the restaurant were fantastic, again with lots of extras and a new dessert to sample every day. The staff were very well trained, courteous and took the time to talk.   We loved the people of the hotel. Sylvia, George and their 2 sons are a real thesaurus! They honor Cretan hospitality & Sylvia is an amazing cook! Even the simplest dish tastes like the best gourmet food. It is clean and well taken care off. The complimentary wi-fi at the lobby area is a plus. The views from the hote - Very good localization - close to the beach, city center with all of the atractions of them and also enough away to don't hear the noises from pubs and resteaurants at night. Very nice view - hotel is located on the hill and that gives great view for the sea and the neighborhood. Superb personell - very friendly owner whos offer his help in all issues. Room service just great - daily cleaning, fresh bedclothes and towells every day. Flowers on the bed putted by cleaning service were amazing! Ro
