Excellent location, great staff whose attention to detail and desire to please was second to none! Superb breakfasts with lots of choice and extras like the small pancakes deep fried and served with honey and sesame seeds - delicious. Meals in the restaurant were fantastic, again with lots of extras and a new dessert to sample every day. The staff were very well trained, courteous and took the time to talk. We liked everything in castello! When we arrived maria the reception
lady gave us a nice welcome and told us that they've upgraded us to
the honeymoon suite ! we had a big comfortable room, well designed with
a jacuzzi on the large balcony facing the sea. We got a basket of
fruits, a bottle of wine & water. The bed was comfortable and the

Nothing was too much for any of the staff - you were treated superbly with a fantastic hotel room & great sea views.
As we arrived late & missed dinner, the hotel had placed a plate of salad, cold meat, a bottle of wine & water on our arrival.
During meal times, there was a wide selection of dishes available.
Sissi is a quiet area as is the hotel and fantastic for peace & relaxation.
The spa treatments that i received were well worth the money.

Great location with a view of the ferry, seafront and mountains.
Breakfast was very good - fruit, cereal, coffee, juice, cold meat, cheese, bread, croissants, doughnuts, bacon, eggs etc.
Staff were very friendly. Room small but adequate. Hotel was very quiet but lots of restaurants and bars very close. Beach lovely. Also local museum worth seeing.

There is a small shop on the ground where you can get some groceries - The facilities, the service, the friendliness of the owner, the atmosphere, the location, all are exceptional. The owner maintains a small store with basic supplies on the compound, which is very convenient considering that the ~30 people settlement is a long way from places with shops and does not offer any reasonable supply. The place is definitely worth driving the narrow road up to it.
