The owner, his mom and dad friendship, the nice pool with nice sun beds, the location of the buildings in a nice spacious yard, with olive trees far from the street.
The cleanliness of all the area, the garden and flowers, the rooms and balcony, the parking space, the wondeful cakes that the owner Mom brought almost every day to our studio.

We had a very nice vacation in Skopelos, it is realy worth seeing! The hotel is situated in a stunning bay with cristal water and has a privat beach. It is small, but very confortable. The rooms are clean, maybe the shower is a bit small, but we did not paid much attention .... The owner Jason and his mother Mando are very friendly and helped us

appreciated the proprietor picking us up on arrival and dropping us off

Upon the arrival the room was waiting for us, spotless clean, Mrs Matina was waiting for our arrival to greet us and make sue we had anything we needed. Breakfast was simple and sufficient (please try out Matina's cheesepie). The accommodation has been excellent throughout thanks to Mrs Matina who is a true professional who cares about the happine

We have visited the island of Skopelos in September and everything was perfect. The weather was amazing and the food was the best we have had in years. We have no words for the hospitality of Matina. She was our Greek mother during our stay. She cooked our breakfast every morning and she had the best suggestions for side visits and attractions always with a smile in her face. We will get back for sure...

site très bien entretenu par les propriétaires qui sont très accueillants, disponibles et très serviables.
Les chambres sont très propres. Le ménage est effectué tous les jours.
La piscine est très appréciable en été (et son bar aussi)

We cant say enough about this place, Philip and Meerda couldnt have been more accommodating if they tried! They were so helpful and so incredibly friendly. What started as just a one day stay, ended up being a 4 night stay! The apartment was spotless, with everything you need to make simple meals. The gardens are a sight to behold, and lovingly tended by philip. The pool is sparkling , with lots of lounge chairs and chairs and tables to relax.philip has a bar next to the pool too! We spent a very good days in this nice hotel with a large green yard, very carefully kept by the owner, and a great comfortable swimming pool. The owner was very friendly and also his nice familly. The apartment were cleaned every day and towels changed. Excellent value for money and good location, close to Skopelos port and Stafilos beach. We were celebrating our anniversary and we had a great time there, for sure we will come back. Thanks Fillipo!
