The owner, his mom and dad friendship, the nice pool with nice sun beds, the location of the buildings in a nice spacious yard, with olive trees far from the street.
The cleanliness of all the area, the garden and flowers, the rooms and balcony, the parking space, the wondeful cakes that the owner Mom brought almost every day to our studio.

We had a very nice vacation in Skopelos, it is realy worth seeing! The hotel is situated in a stunning bay with cristal water and has a privat beach. It is small, but very confortable. We have visited the island of Skopelos in September and everything was perfect. The weather was amazing and the food was the best we have had in years. We have no words for the hospitality of Matina. She was our Greek mother during our stay. She cooked our breakfast every morning and she had the best suggestions for side visits and attractions always with a smile in her face. We spent a very good days in this nice hotel with a large green yard, very carefully kept by the owner, and a great comfortable swimming pool. The owner was very friendly and also his nice familly. The apartment were cleaned every day and towels changed. Excellent value for money and good location, close to Skopelos port and Stafilos beach. We were celebrating our anniversary and we had a great time there, for sure we will come back. Thanks Fillipo!
