My wife and I stayed at the Royal Hotel the last night of our stay in Greece. We were looking for someplace close to the airport, due to our early morning flight.

The staff! They are absolutely the best. Even before we arrived, they
made themselves available via email to answer all sorts of questions as
well as offer very helpful advice. Those interactions made us feel as if
we had friends waiting to greet us in Greece. This was especially
helpful since Thessaloniki was the start of our 17-day trip (via car)
throughout Greece. When we arrived at the airport at midnight (after
traveling nearly 24 hours from San Diego), three of our five pieces of

I stayed very shortly but felt like I was staying at my own beach house. It is situated on a beautiful sandy beach. The staff is very nice and friendly. We stayed in a standard room. Fabulous location on the sea front. We just took the double room with extra bed for the little one and room was clean (and cleaned regularly with fresh towels when we needed them) Staff were very friendly - and drinks service on the beach was excellent! (not to mention free sunbeds and parasols - and always some free) Safe beach for kids. It's not a big resort so nice and friendly but still plenty of restaurants to choose from just 5 mins drive down road.

Clean sheets and towels, changed every couple of days.
Decent food.
And FREE FRUITS every day!
Bungalows have a nice terrace with a garden view where we enjoyed having our own breakfast (there was also a fridge in the room).

This is a very beautiful and pleasant family-owned hotel. The garden and the surroundings are very peaceful and relaxing. The owners greeted us like their own children. We had some home-made Cornelian cherry liqueur, fresh eggs from hens up on the slopes of Mt. Olympus, home-mad jam. In short - we felt like being at our grandparents' house. Although we were the only guests in the hotel for our two night stay all facilities were available. Very friendly, hardworking staff and a very good breakfast made our break a pleasure. The hotel was within walking distance of beach, shops, restaurants etc., However, most places are starting to close down for the season in October

Very good and nicely designed hotel with many interesting details. Good and free spa center that requires appointment. Amazing food - fusion cuisine. 100 m close to the sea, but the beach is not superb though very decent. Thera are couple of fireplaces in the lobby and the feeling was magic.
Wi-Fi worked perfectly, no problem to park and I really injoyed winter spa wekend in this hotel.
Outside of the hotel with sweeming pools is also nice but not interesting in this time of the year.

Friendly hosts, they treated us not as customers but as guests, friends, with kindness, familiarity and respect.
The location is relative close to the beach, and it is a silent place in middle of a nice garden, away from the main road and there are no other hotels beside.
They clean up in rooms every day and changed the bedding in every 3rd day.

Hotel owners were very friendly and gave us information about places to visit, beaches, archaeological sites, restaurants. The hotel is well located, close to the beach, market, bakery, main road, and yet in a quiet area. Hotel garden is delightfull, Impeccable daily cleanliness, linen and towels changed every 3 days. Wev had great time here !
