  It's hard to write a review about a hotel where everything has been said, but here goes. Firstly it was quite hard to find, good signage through the town but the last sign up to the hotel is missing, so we drove past, and the drive itself is quite steep, don't attempt it in a sports car. The room was, well, stunning, the view, cleanliness and quality of fixtures and fittings worthy of a five star hotel, did I mention the view? - From the moment we got there the whole experience was amazing. We could not fault the staff and the owners who were hands on all hours of the day and night, they were so friendly and made sure our whole stay was enjoyable . The food was delicious , the chef came to your table and personally discussed the meals with you .   Ah, difficile... Tout, absolument tout ! L'accueil, d'abord, très agréable par une famille charmante. La maison, où la décoration est chic/sobre et où l'on se sent immédiatement chez soi. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie confortable. Idéalement situé pour l'ascension du Mont Olympe et pour les grand sites (Dion, Vergina...). Si l'on veut... ce que les gens disent » , beaucoup de randos-promenades autour de l'hôtel, dont une balisée par Mr Dimatis lui-même, qui se fera un plaisir de vous expliquer sa région ! Parl - Nous avons tout apprécié à l’hôtel Dimatis (le seul parmi les 7 où nous avons résidé pendant notre séjour!) Tout était parfait : Accueil très très chaleureux avec Mme Dimatis qui parle parfaitement bien le français; La chambre était décorée avec goût, la literie était très très confortable.
