The owners and hotel staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. It was exceptionally clean and very well located to both downtown Napa and all the local wineries. Outstanding Bed and Breakfast !
Entire staff was professional and extremely accommodating. We arrived at 7:00 P.M. ,just as the wine and cheese were being taken away from reception area. A quick call to the kitchen resulted in the delivery of both cheese and wine to our room. One morning we needed to get on the road early and again, a call to the kitchen resulted in an early breakfast delivery. The entire staff went the "extra mile" in addressing reasonable quest requests.

The view, breakfast in bed every morning, privacy, our concierge,Liz, was so thoughtful and even drew little hearts on our itinerary because she knew it was our honeymoon. Absolutely no complaints. I was expecting it to be mediocre since we
went for a more cost effective hotel, but we were surprised by how clean
and nice the rooms were. The warm pool and spa were awesome too. We
ordered a roll away bed for our daughter which they delivered
immediately, so service was great. Even the free continental breakfast
was pretty good. Highly recommended!
