Everything. It is a family friendly, family run hotel in a great location in Old SJ. Can walk to everything. It is not hard on the budget. It is not a luxury hotel, so if that is what you are looking for, stay elsewhere. However, it meets your basic travel needs (clean room, good bed, clean shower) and for us it was perfect. The outstanding friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was
refreshing. They went out of their way to offer assistance and always
were accommodating. A delicious spread at breakfast was very pleasant in
the outdoor garden looking onto the ocean. I had forgot my phone charger
in the room and the cleaning staff turned it in; I received it when I
returned to pick up my bags later in the day. Overall, I give them the
highest marks in service, location and amenities. I will definitely be
returning

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. All of your needs are in a 5 block radius. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had. Even if a tad pricey, the service was superb. The waitress Diana was out of this world. Her service was beyond excellent.
If you can, get a room facing the beach. It is worth the extra price. The view is spectacular.

The hotel was above than our expectations, is very beatiful, clean, and the staff in all the areas are very friendly, helpfull and efficient. We were there one night and thought that it was a beautiful hotel with a lot of character. In Old San Juan and close to shops and restaurants and activities. Staff and owner very friendly and helpful.--Help carry luggage upstairs and downstairs. Owner says that plans are in the works for an elevator. We would stay there again.

Really it is a familiar environment. It is close to every important place and the service was very good. Specially the gentleman that was security at night, he always help me to get my parking for disables because my husband is visually impair. No matter at what time I get to the hotel he moved the cars so I can park close to the entrance.

A lovely place to stay. Nicely designed and clean and friendly. Stop looking, you won't find a better hotel for the money. The food was fantastic as well. Close to airport, centrally located for attractions. Don't miss the rain forest just outside of town and car rental is very affordable in San Juan.

I only stayed one night and because of circumstances it was a last
minute call. From the moment I called they were helpful courteous, and
from the moment I arrived I felt home. The staff was friendly and
accommodating they have me a great room it was clean and cozy. It was
right next to the beach and although a city beach it was very pleasant.
The price was right and affordable. I would have loved to stay there
longer. I recommend it.
