  location was good, with eating places plentiful. Great position for strolling along the Han River. Staff very keen to oblige and help, even driving me to find a SIM card. Clean and bright. Breakfast was good, although no menu. Still good value for money - Location of this hotel is very good at near dragon bridge so you can enjoy beautiful night... what people say » view.   There is a sky lounge on the top floor with a terrace and great views to enjoy while having a cocktail. The gave me a lift for free to the airport (it is pretty close) - Great staff (manager was extremely personable and helpful). Comfortable room and amenities. Excellent breakfast!

  Sparkling clean, seems like new, very well equipped rooms. Wonderful bed. Friendly, helpful staff, only two minute walk from an amazingly beautiful beach.   everything is perfect!!!!the best hotel in my whole Vietnam tour. the room is small but very clean and well designed the staffs are nice and helpful ,the restaurant on 1st floor is very good for the seafood and the price is reasonable. when i ask them about the transportation to the airport, they told me "we can arrange a car ,but the taxi is chea... what people say » per",they even told me the ballpark. if you pay in us dollars, the change is also in us dollars, never happened in other hotels in Vietnam ,they alway - Love the helpful and friendly staff. Very comfortable beds in spacious rooms. Although its quite a distance from the city, the peacefulness of the location makes up for it. Its restful to hear the sound of waves instead of the roar of traffic. I was very grateful for free pick up from the airport. Also appreciated plate of fruit for breakfast before I left.

Breakfast is done on 10th floor and the view was incredible. The room is great, it has all modern facilities. For a day trip to Hoi An the hotel provided a car with driver that drove us there and back for affordable price.
