  Very small hotel/B&B. Great location in a more remote area of the Mekong away from tourists, wonderful staff with a real family atmosphere. Run by two great hosts, Ken and Lieu and backed up by a very happy staff. Good breakfasts, very cold cheap beer, great coffee sua da (Viet drip coffee with condensed milk over ice) nice pool, super clean r... what people say » ooms, and good a/C. Easy access to cheap bicycle rentals. Great restaurants in area close by. Ben Tre Market area. Bia Hoi place nearby (fresh beer wi - Everything! Wonderful relaxing friendly place, great pool and hammocks to relax in. Home away from home. Wonderful, sweet young staff member named Hong Kim who not only took us on a magical tour through the Mekong, but also gave up her own valuable time to join us for dinner and show us the town, even though she had her own worries to deal with after being flooded.   Host family were great,friendly people,food was good and lots of it,opportunity to try and help in kitchen,location was good..felt a bit like a secret hideaway even though not far from village with market,banks and other facilities,use of bike to explore,room was comfortable and clean with good shower, I would happily stay again

  Had a really nice stay at Chalet Suisse. The bungalows/rooms are basics but comfortable and nicely arranged around the garden. The owner Thi-Thơ speaks really good French and English (she used to live in Switzerland for decades). She is really friendly and we ended spending both evenings of our stay having really nice chats with her and the other ... what people say » guests. The chalet is few kilometres from Ben Tre but scooter or bicycle can be rented from the hotel so not a problem. A great Mekong experience, out - This hotel is really great value, and the owner is a lovely lady who looked after our every need and is very welcoming. The staff are really friendly too. We wanted to find a hotel outside of a city, in the country and this was perfect. Amongst the villages, under the coconut trees in the delta. Getting around to see the local villages and paddy fields is easy with cheap hire of a bicycle. I highly recommend it!

  Great value for your money. Very nice rooftop-restaurant with pleasant sights and good food. Good breakfast bufet. And: the suit is really worth the money.
