  Having read the reviews, our expectations were quite high. On arrival, reception staff were polite, friendly and very helpful (later, we were to experience the same attitude from all staff during our three day stay).Then we saw the apartment! Wow! It was HUGE, very well appointed and absolutely spotless. Norfolk Mansion actually exceeded our expec... what people say » tations. We were impressed, finally, that General Manager Sven von Moock introduced himself to us as we awaited a taxi following checkout - just to e - We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with our friends for 3 nights. The accommodation was superb as were the staff who were polite and helpful. Food quality at breakfast and evening were superb. With an outdoor swimming pool and access to gym, Jacuzzi and steam room the facilities were perfect for a wind down break before we flew home. We would recommend Norfolk Mansions to you all. Good location with nearby local restaurants and markets.
