Quiet, cozy, room furniture is stylish, the restaurant on the top floor has a great view. Doorman very attentive and helpful. Breakfast good. The location is a bit away from main landmarks, at some 10 minutes walk. Some Reception staff according to "Hotel Policy" not accommodating or flexible. Late check-outs payment policy a "rip off" Our flight was departing @ 00.55, we requested a late check out at 10.00 We were informed till 6.00 p.m. $30 thereafter $60. Booked on letsbookhotel.com for $43.??? and departed @ 9.30 p.m. If staying in Ho Chi Minh City choose a hotel with pool.
