We enjoy our stay at Best Western plaza hotel. Staff is helpful. Breakfast has varieties to give a good start for the day. From the restaurant we can have a perfect view of Dalat central and part of the lake. Our room is clean and quiet. We like the sound of the church bell ringing early in the morning. The location of hotel is just perfect to explore the central by foot and quite close to the lake. We like the hotel and definitely recommend it to others.
all reviews » Very clean, cheep, good location in center of Dalat, staff is always friendly. Service is good, staff help us to transfer to Mui Ne. They have wi-fi and the food in local restaurant is very good. The breakfast was amazing with a huge selection to choose from. Would be nice if it run later than 9:30 though. Hotel didn't want to issue the V.A.T invoice after charged to my credit card, because I booked via letsbookhotel.com! But after all I get the VAT invoice. Staffs do not understand much English. Breakfast had mostly local and Chinese food. Rates at the hotel had to be checked directly before booing online as because I found the rate written in the reception was 25$ per night whereas I booked the same for 35$ online. The front desk person charged my credit card without any notice, but I planned to pay by cash! And the hotel staff's English is very poor,hard to communicate with. Old and funky smell. Hotel is basic but works for the price. I understand that there is no air conditioning, but when it was hot we can not open windows because there were no screen on any windows. The windows are also next to neighbor roof which old and dirty. One of our rooms had bed bug! Over priced even as a economy hotel. Worst experience ever, stay away from this hotel,,, terrible service!!!!.
