very good hotel the delux room is huge and luxurious, and had great lake view, all this with small extra price. unfortunatelly we changed it after 1 night because we wanted connected rooms (for our kids). great location for travellers - just near the market and streets with many restaurants, shops and agencies. all in all the best combination we found of high quality hotel, good price and good location.
all reviews » Excellent location and great view of lake from our balcony. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy to walk to everything such as restaurants and night market and lake. Rooms are big and airy.We loved our 4 night stay. The Deluxe room we had was huge with lovely views over the lake and market. Bathroom was good with separate shower and bath. Breakfasts were good. Large room. Junior Suite. Excellent views over lake. Great breakfast. Best bed I have had in Vietnam!. A quiet and lovely hotell, good breakfast and a fantasic guide who took us out in the countryside. The hotel rooms were clean and staff were friendly and speak quite good english. good location staff helpful & courteous. the service + the location excellent. Nice room service and breakfast. Location. centric. the tours they offer are very expensive, they did not have much info on various questions we had other than jsut offer their tours. the breakfast is good, but they could have done better for 4* hotel. We sent several emails to hotel asking about pickup from airport but they were not answered. Street noise which went on all night. Noise from the Cafe - Dance Club across the road. Starts a 7 am and goes till 11pm. But hey this is Vietnam and they just love annoying cheesy dance music. Even in a Cafe at 7 am!. There was no air con and it was hot in the room. The lakeview rooms were noisy if you open the windows. And very hot if you close them. There was renovation going on in the day and its was not possible to rest. Renovation starts as early as 9+ 10am. jack hammering for 2 days- was not aware of construction people noisy in corridors. Noisy a bit. Nothing special. Just there is renovation during my stay, a bit noisy but no problem. Noisy - deluxe room was situated on the central town street. no aircondition and very noisy. No comments. Nobody spoke good english. Always communication problems. Noise from opposite outside disco would not be acceptable by local authorities in any other city anywhere in the world. Load doof doof music. very noicey day and night as it it right next to the main road. Breakfast quality is poor. Breakfast. extremly noisy all day and night, the patio doors are old and do not close properly, you hear every motorbike (and there are many) and every discussion - not to speak from the music - of the open air disco just across the street, and to top it they started something like a "sound check" at 7:00 monday morning, I could not believe it, like you are part of the loudspeaker. Horrible, look for another hotel...... The room was not smelling good, the spa was not included in the room rate, I have never seen this before and really didn't like it.
