  This is a really nice place, it's so close to the caves. The owner Tham was super nice to us during our stay there. We arrive at 6am and the room we booked was occupied at that time so she let us stay in a bigger room with no extra charge. She also arranged our tour to the caves and our bus ticket to hue. When it's time for us to leave she even ga... what people say » ve us snacks and drinks for our 4 hr trip to hue. We will truly miss this place & the people here..they were all kind, helpful and genuine. I'd lo - We had a lovely stay at phong nha lake house resort. The location is perfect: set next to the beautiful lake close to the nature reserve. It is a perfect getaway from city life. Personnel is friendly and want to help make your stay as pleasant as possible.
