Staff - excellent, friendly, helpful Room spacious and cleaned daily, fresh towels and water bottles daily. Excellent location, wifi throughout, hot shower, good a/c, organised bus:boat back to Hanoi no problem. The room was very clean and spacious. The mattress was hard and very comfortable. They have a good laundry service. Close by all amenities but quiet at night. Very friendly receptionist that knew perfectly our names. Very attentively to guests. Extra upgrate to bigger room. Cheap and quality breakfast.
