We live 60 plus miles from the city and have come in often for weekends and stayed in numerous hotels over the years.

Pretty much everything was great(see Question 2.)-loved the open terrace and the guest facilities on tenth floor. - they have a guest floor that lovley. coffee served all day and internet with amazing windows.

What did I like? Just about everything! The front desk staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The restaurant "Serafina" was excellent.
