The location was perfect, the staff were very helpful & friendly & the rooms were cozy & comfortable. Also loved how much the hotel provides, as a courtesy, should you forget something. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at The Muse!. very helpful lady on reception who sorted out my wi-fi connection nice rooms, cleaned daily, had a problem with tv very nice guy came to fix it within 5 mins wine and lager hour was a nice extra and popcorn yummy. great location for main attractions.
all reviews » Our stay at the hotel Muse couldn't have been better. Staff extremely friendly amazing rooms and just a blocj away from the busiest sqr in the world but without being too loud. Definetely will recommend this hotel to anyone visitinh New York city. I booked th hotel on smart deal which was excellent for value, but it was only for one night. If the price is lower I would like to stay longer. Room is large, facility is good and close to Time Square, very convienent to go everywhere. Hotel was beautiful and very convenient to Time Square and theaters. Staff was very friendly. Our room was lovely, spacious, and clean. We especially loved the bar/restaurant area which was warm, cozy and had a great wine selection. Excellent service. Staff friendly. Greeted us each time we returned. Room was quite spacious for NYC adn quiet. When we notified staff of a room problem, they were apologetic and responded immediately. I liked the boutique style. The bed was very comfortable and appreciated the free Wifi, wine hour, morning coffee and Hot Chocolate in the afternoon. The Christmas wrapping service was an excellent idea. Staff was excellent and always happy to answer questions and give recommendations. Hotel was exceptionally clean and had a great decor. The wine reception was a great way to mingle with other guests. The reception staff were very helpful, answering all our queries efficiently. We were even provided with a little fridge to keep our drinks cold. The room was comfortable and the location excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and everything was perfect. the hotel is in an amazing location and you can't ask for more. it's a bit pricey but it's definitely worth the money. The furniture in the bar wasn't the most comfortable and dark. Lack of patio for smokers. We asked for a quiet room which meant we avoided the garbage trucks in the middle of the night but we did have a very squeaky construction crane outside our window which went up and down throughout the day!. Air conditioner was a little noisy at times but not a big problem. Crowd in the lobby checking in during happy hour & AM's. No place to sit with your free wine/beer (I guess not such a great thing to gripe about, but if you don't drink, this big crowd would be annoying!). The room and bathroom were small. Noisy air con, and building noise across the street. Possibly to close to Time Square for people who have done the sight seeing. Complimentary morning coffee wasn't great. Not much of a view if you want a quiet room. Garbage day is at 5am and is noisy. But not much you can do about that anywhere you stay. It was awfully noisy outside our room - construction, maybe on the building across the street - not the hotel's fault, though!. Too noisy. Prices of mini bar and bottled water in rooms a disgrace, water should be provided free as a minimum. Not here, $8 per bottle of water!;. They did not change towels or refresh vanity kits. Roomservice is overcharged, no coffee machine. The ground flour service for coffee is very uncomfortable for long stays. Bad for such money. Lobby very cold as doors always opening & closing. First room was 7th floor & very noisy, asked to move to higher floor at the back & it was fine. Room lacks natural light due to small windows. Too much street noise due to road work and construction. High price . Not clean Old furneture.
