Location is alright.The first room we got had two double bed and was very uncomfortable for sleeping, but after we complaind we got great rooms. . It was not that clean. My friend found hair and stuff in the bad. They were complaining but i did'nt find anything. It's also very poor quality in the hotel.The room assigned was awful - after complaining that it was nothing liketheir website - they gave us a satisfactory room at no cost increase. We only got one normal sized towel each day, the rest were the size of napkins, even though we had a double room. The internet was too expensive, only one computer and the dashboard didn't really work so it increased the cost even more. Couldn't reach all sites thanks to non updated computer.Its not like the photos and the price is higher that it must. Accordingto instalations,. its looking very poor including the entrance. Noise from the streets was annoying. Very very poor furniture, in the first room I stayed I did not even have a proper bed. The rooms would need to be refurbished and the furniture should be replaced. But the bathrooms were okay/clean. rooms were too small. very poor faucilities and very poor decoration, duck tape in the bath and towels and linens were very old and threadbare. Not too clean, bad air condition in one of the two rooms; the other practically had no day light. At the beginning we had a very bad impression...At least some of the stuff was friendly.Staff not friendly. I can't ask any information . They 'r just say " I don't know only". Rude staff. Dirty, very dirty. Bed bugs. We were supposed to stay for a week, one night was quite enough.
