I had very little time to do this and the shuttle driver took a detour to South Embassy Suites so I could pick up the document. I was ever so grateful! - The whole experience was great.   Shuttle picked us up from LAX well within the time limit stated on the phone. Staff extremely friendly when booking in, happy to answer our many queries and did so even though it was quite busy. We were only there overnight but managed a swim at least and were shuttled back to the airport early next morning. We did not stay long enough to experie... what people say » nce the area itself. Definitely a great place to stay on the right side of LAX. - The room was great. Everything was nice and clean and all looked very well maintained. The gym was well equiped wit toilet, hand disinfectantand fresh towels. The gardens around the hotel are beautiful giving a feeling of home accommodation. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

  We were there for a night after arriving on a long flight from Australia - I was sooo relieved when we got to the hotel at 9 am and they let us check in as we were completely exhausted!! - Hotel staff made us feel special.   Very convenient for an airport stopover, very close to the airport, with a regular easy to catch free shuttle. I arrived at 8 am not expecting to be able to check in, but had meetings from 10 am so asked if there was somewhere I could clean up and store bags - they checked me into my room straight away, which was fantastic service. Check ou - Rooms were spacious, nicely appointed, updated and very clean. There was a refrigerator in the room. The pool is very nice (hot tub also) and is surrounded by an attractive patio area; it stays open quite late. There are a lot of meeting facilities that are reasonably priced. The staff always accessible, friendly and helpful. There is a Starbucks and three decent restaurants on site.

They gave us a super late check out til 6pm without extra charge. We had a problem with Southwest and didnt help us. Its so stressful especially with 2 kids and 8 big luggages. Frankie made our la quinta experience wonderful. We are definitely staying at la quinta again.
