I had to pick up a document from South Embassy Suites at the airport and I was booked into North. I had very little time to do this and the shuttle driver took a detour to South Embassy Suites so I could pick up the document. I was ever so grateful!. The whole experience was great. I have even recommended you to other fellow travellers already. The cleanliness and staff was all beyond expectation. The breakfast and after noon reception concept is revolutionary. Well done I WILL BE BACK>.
all reviews » The familiarity - we stay here every year on our way from the uk to slc and we like the 2 room suite so we can both get a decent rest after the 11 hour flight. The lobby was very impressive. Staff very helpful. Enjoyed the happy hour, dinner and the free breakfast. Liked the short shuttle to LAX. Room was spacious!. Excellent location abutting freeway access. Very good airport views from fifth floor suite. Friendly, helpful and and genuine management and staff. 1 - Near Airport 2 - The hotel is beautiful and spacious and has a basin Fish make kids rejoice 3 - The rooms are large and excellent. The complimentary breakfast and evening drinks big plus for that reason alone I will be returning. Very relaxing. Great hotel layout especially the rooms. Managers reception great idea for guests. Previous years we have been on the third floor with a view this year it was the fifth floor with white out windows - why??. Having to leave at end of trip !. Did not appreciate having to pay for internet. I'm a single mother of two.. I fly for the only reason of visitation with child father. So I am traveling three times a year. Money is tight but all the amenities the hotel offers is worth it. The only complaint I had is the $25 fee for parking for overnight guests. There should at least be a discounted fee for guests. The fee for parking for Hotel guest. There should at least be a discounted price. Pool & Jacuzzi full of kids during my entire stay. Didn't get the chance to relax by the pool with my friends. Had the room closest to the pool. Very noisy. Room was not ready at check-in time. Dirty pool and spa. Unfriendly receptionist staff. No free wi-fi. Paying for Internet Long queue for breakfast. I asked for extra blanket and they said they will send someone but they never did. I had been waiting for the shuttle at the airport for like an hour and cost me 19 bucks to take a cab to hotel, but it turns out they don't offer shuttle from airport to hotel, the guests have to request it. They should've write that info on the website. Room given was insanely loud - located on top floor directly underneath the AC unit for the entire building. Hotel should never rent this room out to guests except at an EXTREMELY steep discount (maybe like $20-40 a night ... the noise is that insufferable). בריכה מלאת ילדים רעשניים בתוך מלון הבנוי כפטיו (כך ששומעים כל ילד וילד מכל חדר במלון כמעט). המלון בנוי למשפחות שרוצות מלון משפחתי רועש ולא מלון שקט. בזבוז של 15 דק בבוקר על המתנה לחביתה בנוסף היה רעש בחדר של משאבה כלשהיא שלא נתנה מנוח גם כשהחלפנו חדר הרעש של הילדים בבריכה לא היה קרוב להפסק (הבריכה פתוחה לילדים עד 22:00 בלילה) כל זה היה טוב אם המחירים היו נוחים בגלל הרעש ואז אפשר היה להתפשר, הבעיה היא שהמלון הזה לא זול בכלל. נא לקחת בחשבון שחנייה עלתה לנו 20$ ליום.
