The hotel is literally a five minute walk to the main gate of Disneyland. Around the hotel there are several food places to eat. The Valet service was amazing! Such good guys and worth paying them to park my car instead of paying the hotel the same amount and attempt to find a parking spot. The room was clean and I liked that they have bedbug protectors on their mattresses (eww bugs!) Fairly easy to find and the entrance to get back on the highway is really close by. There was no excessive nois.
all reviews » The location of the facility was great, it is walking distance from Disneyland. There is alot of resturants close by as well. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very cleaned. The housekeeping kept the room cleaned and brought fresh towels everyday and made the beds every day. The location of the facility is in a great location within walking distance from downtown disney, disneyland, california adventures, resturants, etc. 1. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They even called to check to make sure everything was OK (in our case, they left a voice message). 2. Very close to disneyland and the main transportation hub. Many eating options nearby too. Our fav was the Milly's cafe for breakfast. 3. Comfortable beds. 4. The complimentary iced water provided at the entrance of the hotel was nice especially on hot days. Short walk to entrance to both Disney Parks. Several restaurants as well as McDonalds right next door. Pool appears larger in pics than realty; however, it worked well for our party of 10. Staff very friendly and helpful. We needed a wheelchair and staff referred us and we had a wheelchair within 30 minutes at an excellent price. Will stay at this hotel again and again. The staff were amazing and helpful, we spent the day at Disneyland and they stored our luggage all day free of charge. Then when our airport transfer didn't show one of the valets lent us his phone to call. The room was clean and they called after check in to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Walking distance, very close to Disneyland maingate; very clean; cutesy yet nice decor; can see Disneyland fireworks from our 9th story room; small marketplace with tables to buy easy meals; very friendly valets; enjoyed the lemon & lime water at the front entrance. The rooms have exterior doors (no indoor hallways) which is fine by me since our trip was on a couple of wonderful weather days but I am sure that would bother some people. I wish I would of contacted the hotel directly to find out about any discounts for government or state workers. 1. No kettle. Had to use the coffee machine to get hot water. Daily parking fee. I just wish that there were more options for breakfast... muffins, fruit, etc. The Pizza place had breakfast sandwiches that didn't really cut it for us. There wasn't much of a variety. I liked everything!. Pool was cold. Bed could've been a bit softer. The room was very small for a family of 4. There was no privacy at all unless you were in the toilet/shower room which was tight. A larger refrigerator would have been nicer for extended stay to store beverages and left over food; otherwise adequate. Would have liked a restaurant that had a menu with a variety of foods, ie: meat, poultry, vegitarian and sea food. Not fond of pizza hut, so we didn't eat at the restaurant at all. I wished there were a fan in the bathroom. Didn't know there was a extra 20 dollar fee. The WiFi was horrible and the cleaning ladies don't clean until after 4pm. So after a busy day at Disneyland, it's annoying to have the cleaning lady knock on your hotel door asking to clean. Nothing. not enough elevators which were always busy. TV was old and the picture was not real good but ok. Cannot think of anything. East side of hotel noisy due to interstate 5 running next to it. No kettle for boiling water in the room or loan from hotel. On the first two days, need to go back to the counter to re-activate the room key card. The room was designated as a Disney Theme room, but really only had a strip of Disney wallpaper and a couple of Disney pictures. It didn't bother us because our kids are older, but younger kids may have been disappointed. I just didnt like that there was no belman to help me to carry on my many bags in and out my room when check in and out. Hotel area a bit noisy at night. parking fees... 11.00 per day. Toiletries mediocre, no free parking, no local TV–only Pay Per View :(. I was expecting a nice free breakfast in the morning like most hotels. Found out you could pay for a waffle and breakfast from Pizza Hut (yuck). Nothing. Everything was great. Just forgot the swimming trunks. I liked everything about the stay! So did my 3 young friends!. It's very noisy, could hear people coming in and out, showering and flushing toilets. At $200 a night there was too much noise. The pool was a lot smaller than it appeared in the pictures on the Internet. I also didn't like paying $11 a day for parking. Housekeeping leaving pillow cases on the dresser, having to ask to get the linens changed when there was sand on the sheets. Being woke up at 8am by them was disappointing. videos being played in the children area/pizza cafe of real life death accidents occuring that people had put on youtube, really horrifying.
