Brooke at the front desk was wonderful and incredibly helpful. The room was very clean. All of the amenities were newer and up to date. We asked to be in a quiet location, it was perfect and we slept so well. I'm veryyyy picky with my hotels. It was the first time we had stayed other than Disneyland Hotel,I was a little nervous. I really wanted to try a kitchenette studio room. Honestly I will not go anywhere else in the future. The value was awesome, the room really nice and service was impres.
all reviews » There was nothing I didn't like, the breakfast was over the top with yummy waffles, bacon and scrambled eggs always cooked 2 ways and then there was abundant orange juice, coffee and home cooked oatmeal!!. Great breakfast bar....good value for the price...the ART bus system to Disney is great...Pool and hot tub are nice clean and well taken care of.... Clean, comfortable, huge room with everything we needed. There were six of us and we had plenty of room. Front desk staff were wonderful. Room size was great, perfect for a family with small kids. Great breakfast, lots of variety. rooms are clean, full kitchen with cutlery, free breakfast (good meal in the morning). The breakfast was awesome. It was a very nice location, i'm glad we stayed there. Swimming pool area and location. Rooms were clean although a little big worn. Two days a week this Residence Inn offered a free meal-but it was only nachos with cheese sauce (and inedible chili) , or hot dog, dry hamburger and chips. Disappointing. The wifi connection was weak. Hide a bed really uncomfortable. No room service!. Work out room is marginal. Computer in the lobby. No lounge, bar. I wish the loft had more privacy. Breakfast does not change and there are multiple types of eating for breakfast and I would recommend Who wants to book the hotel that book without breakfast. Property is too dark at nights and does not feel safe, especially the parking lot. There are many suspicious folks wandering around the nearby motel and leaving the car near them was not a pleasure. dirty. Overpriced, rabbit warren type property, wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
