Loved this place. Its close to the airport and all terminals. The free pick up and drop off bus is a winner. First stop for the bus is the Metro railway station and that takes 3 minutes to get there. The metro is the best way to get around as it stops at all major shopping malls and there all covered air-conditioned walk ways to the shops.It takes longer to get to the hotel from the airport because you have to go right around. If you don't want to wait for the bus get in a cab they are always .
all reviews » Our purpose for booking Premier Inn was to overnight after our long trip from Sydney to Dubai and its close proximity to Terminal 3. We certainly were not expecting the warm welcome we received at reception on arrival at the Hotel after our free shuttle pick up from the Airport. The reception staff were very welcoming and in particular Hansen (I think that was his name). The rooms and Hotel itself were clean and comfortable and suited us very well for our overnight stay. They had a free sh. We are a family of 4, two children aged 11 and 7. After a 19 hour flight journey from NZ we arrived exhausted but met the free shuttle without any hassle, driver was smiley and nice. The staff were very friendly and let us check in at 8am despite not having previously arranged an early check in. The Breakfast buffet was terrific, worth the money kids ate for free. The pool was warm and the life guard was friendly. The views of the city were sensational. Close the airport so perfect for a stop o. the staff was amazing, they were truly helpful, friendly and they attended to my every need. It was a great location next to the airport, I only needed one night because I was waiting for a connection but I wish I could have stayed longer. It was such a great experience I will always stay there when I go to dubai. I have been singing the praises of the Premier Inn since I arrived at home. Like the hourly free shuttle from the hotel to and fro the airport. Very convenient. taxi to the city centre is not very expensive(about 35-40 dirhams) and is easily accessible. the staff was very friendly and helpful. we arrived at 8am and was waiting at lobby for our travel guide to pick us up but the guide was late and only arrived at 11.30am. seeing that our group were all tired, they allowed us to check in early into rooms at 10am instead of the 2pm as . The room (the hotel actually) has great air conditioning which is a minimum requirement in the ridiculous heat of Dubai. We stayed in august. The room was clean and big enough and equipped with all basic amenities. Staff was professional. The hotel offers free shuttle service to and from the airport. Only a ten minute drive but it is quite a hassle if you have to do it yourself. The hotel also has free bus service to and from the main sights in Dubai such as Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Very n. This was my second stay there, this time round with my family, first time round I was alone and because of the great service and value for money I received first time round, is why I brought my family with a second time and recommended the hotel to other family members. It's just a small but amazingly welcoming hotel. The rooms are simply well designed and very clean. I was very impressed with the chic cafeteria and restaurant and especially the service. It was a perfect stopover, collected by a shuttle and dropped back at airport. I want to emphasise how impressed I was with every member of staff from doorman who helped with bags to everyone else. Loved the 24 hrs Costa caffe too. The front desk people made us feel very welcome and your very informative with information about Dubai. The complimentary shuttle bus was very nice plus the shuttles to the different malls. We would stay there again. Location, shuttle service is excellent, they provide fresh bottled water on arrival. Honestly, can't think of any. It ticked all the boxes we required. Hence, no complains. Nothing. There are few/no amenities in the neighbourhood, so it's not a place to stay if you want to walk out your door and wander the neighbourhood, but honestly, no one does that in Dubai anyway. But this is not a criticism just a personal comment. I reserved two rooms in 15 June 2013 though letsbookhotel.com, but they charged me for three rooms. I talked to them in the second trip, but I did not recieve anything. Points program. Do you have one???. Not applicable. perfect. Wi-fi reception was free but the signal was poor in our room and kept dropping. The cost of food and especially drink was high for a tourist class hotel. Nothing negative at all. The only negative was that one of the kids beds didn't have a mattress (only the base) and we only got to realize this when getting down to sleep. An oversight (I hope) that was strange since somebody made the bed!. The hotel looks close to the airport terminals and has a half-hourly shuttle bus, but has no direct pedestrian route from the terminal to the hotel. Nothing. Nothing!. Nothing.

The hotel is located close to Dubai International Airport. When you arrive into Terminals 1 & 3, after you leave the baggage area, follow signs for the 'Hotel Buses', look for the Premier Inn shuttle bus. The shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes, 24 hours a day. If you are travelling to/from Terminal 2 – the shuttle bus drop off and Pick up will be between 3 AM to 10 PM. The pickup will be from the departure area. Please note that guests below 18 years need to be accompanied by an adult to check-in. All guests must present original, valid identification at check-in, such as a passport or one of the following: - Emirates ID for UAE nationals and UAE residents - National ID for GCC country residents - Driver’s license for UAE nationals only
