all staff could not have been more helpful. even to the extent of going out of their way to assist in every respect. was always greeted with a smile. was so impressed that i cancelled a trip to singapore in order to extend my stay a further two weeks. every area was impeccably clean and staff very efficient. i even had my own personal gym instructor. The breakfast supplied was delicious with extensive choices and varied day by day. The staff were helpful and pleasant and the rooms were large and well designed with sitting areas.

As long as it is a newly hotel, so all facilities and equipments were almost brand new. Also, the hospitality of the staff was noticeable.The staff was very professional and provided superb service. Bad Shampoo (bring your own), near construction site and it needs a bit of explaining to the taxi for him to know the location of the Hotel.The bar and pool room is not in keeping with the excellent standard of facility and should be totally replanned to give better access and add a touch of class. well, the construction around the hotel still going on, even though we haven't been disturbed by it.construction site is too close... construction around the hotel, and parking. but the staff was very helpful and friendly, especialy the concerg name bishtton was avery nice and helpful .Maybe strange working hours for health club - like Thursdays closingearly. Free water was not available in the room, Internet access was costly 90 DHR per day. they kept asking us 4 time when will we check out!. Expensive Internet, although very good quality. ( AED 40/hour or 90 for 24 hours during my stay). Construction sites next to the hotel (one at early stage ), very noisy as my window doesn't fit properly and makes the bedroom not as soundproof as it should be. They however are trying to fix it.The internet charge is very high 8.7 Euros per hour or 20 euros for 1 day.The water in the room was very expensive over 5 euro per bottle, I read about that before I traveled and I bought from the duty free on arrival 4 bottles for 1euro in total and we had water in the room. laundry was a little slow. lack of choice of fresh fruit at breakfast. bath towels a littel too small. wi-fi too expensive. Lots of construction all around the hotel but did not notice the noise. This is Dubai after all. could hear party going on in next room also construction starts at 0530 hrs until 11pm but did not disrupt too much. A very small detail but the swimming pool was really cold so I couldnt spend more than 5mins in it. no tea / coffee facilities in the room, and the checkout procedure was a little odd, we got 2 phone calls that morning reminding us to leave, and when we went down to reception to check out we were asked to sit for a few minues while someone checked the room. No kettle, tea, coffee, etc. provided in room - inconvenient. Room service prices for warm drinks excessive. The Sports Bar on the ground floor was most unattractive and not in keeping with the decor and ambience of the rest of the hotel, poorly lit and with poor seating arrangement - the choice of background music (American Rap) in Bar was also inappropriate and out of context. The front desk staff called me four times to ask me what time I was checking out.There is currently a lot of construction going on. Due to building works and position really hard to get taxi. None of the taxi drivers knew where the hotel was and it was very frustrating trying to find our way back. Rate of breakfarst is too high.No free drinking water available in the room. the location - as in the contstraction area, howere, surely in the year 2009 - 2010 the constructions works will be completed.The Hotel is new, I hope they will continue with this high standard level. Even there is construction going on behind my room, however, you will not hear any sound. Early booking fee was high.you have to register your room before breakfast and sign a book after you finish.safe box was not working. slow service at dinner/too long waiting on food. pity its in the middle of a building site and road works which cost more in taxi fare. There is no welcoming and no catle u have to ask for it ...Not really!.
