very good staff and service. i came in the early morning and i thought i have to wait for long time to get the room. since there were an early check out,without charging me they gave me an early check in.such a lovely staff.always smiling.good rooms and NO NOISE of construction.i had a very nice time from the concierge.they send me the safari and it was wonderful.family really enjoyed.superb hotel.

The concierge was very cheerful and helpful, there was lots ofunderground parking space for free,. big and new apartments, good forniture and well located near the Mall of the Emirates. The space and service were both excellent. The staff couldn't do enough.Although breakfast was included, we never had it - it had to be ordered rather than a buffet. This may have been because it was Ramadan, however, I think the hotel should have given us guidance on this point. There is a lot of building in the area so it is worth checking noise levels. We were fine and had no noise issues at all but with building going on all around it would be worth checking. The hotel is really practical for business - The hotel is located in a construction area, so views are not great.. but this is walking distance from the malls of the emirates.The vehicle parking area access control was not provided hence every time the staff had to be called to open. Location was a little remote and taxis were unable to find it. Little noisy since the hotel near from contraction area. The location on the Google map not correct, you should call the hotel to give you the directions. THE A/C NOT WORKING WELL IN THE ROOM OTHERWISE EVERYTHING IS PERFECT.just the instability of the internet connection. still difficult to be found by taxydrivers..but its not theyr fault, the area is under construction.....construction work around the area. the bed was slightly uncomfortable, but everything else was great !. 1. Booked car to collect me at the airport but it did not turn up and then after discussion by mobile the manager said he would pay if I got myself a taxi which he did. But then the taxi fare was on the bill when I checked out but they did agree to remove it after I pointed out they should not have charged me for it. the enternet price is to hi. Well, it is in the middle of a construction site! But all of dubai is..So no, the hotel was great although a bar would have been key!. difficult to find by the taxi driver. It's a small point but no pool.
