Hotel is clean. Right on airport street. Very easy to take a cab. There is also a bus station right in front in hotel, even though buses are very slow in auh, pretty crowded and infrequent. Parking in hotel is free which is good. If you rent a car you have to valet park it at hotel (for free). This is necessary as they have crazy rules for meters in auh that are active until mid night even in residential areas. Hotel is right next door to Wahda mall. Mall has all you need including a big box st.
all reviews » Location . Location. Location. Al Wahdah Mall is just round the corner. You can have great meals there without breaking the bank. Close to the main bus terminal. You take a bus on a day trip-shopping trip-to Dubai. You can go to Sharjah and from there visit all the other emirates. It is a conducive place to stay as it is your entry point to the UAE. Looking forward to staying there again and again. Front desk staff were professional, accommodating and very friendly. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and the beds were really comfortable. Great shower too! the gym is small but has everything you would need for a quick routine plus its open 24 hours. The hotel is less than 5 min walk from the al wadah mall if you use one of the new entrances. Happy to stay at Centro. Accomodating receptionist, Gelleen. Hassle free check in and out which was my 1st time to experience, so fast no need to wait maybe bec she knows what she's doing. The room is clean and AC is working very good. My husband enjoyed the 24 hrs gym. Absolutely recommend Centro Hotel to my friends. Keep it up, Girl!!. Liked everything. 1.there is no mobile charger in case of emergency for the traveler. 2.I seen one beg bug which I did not anticipated. the operator who was directing me to the hotel doesnot know about the location at all. only thing she knew was the airport road. Room size perfect for one, might be a little small for two, shame there is no free wifi, make sure you know the address and print off a map as some taxi drivers don't know where it is. Nothing. The dine in, was really expensive the food was really bad, we left all the food that was delivered to us. WiFi charges are excessive. Cheaper to buy a coffee from a nearby cafe and get free WiFi. When I first arrived the valet attendants were reluctant to assist and didn't come to retrieve my car until after I checked in. At first I was disappointed with their customer service but the hotel staff is wonderful. The pool was very small. OK for children, but not for adults. We were informed by the reception that their c-mondo bar closes at 1:00am, we were still drinking at 12:30pm and they closed some of the lights and pulled down the door half way. We had no choice but to try to rush to finish drinking everything and leave some of those we cannot finish. nothing !!. Nothing. So far, none. Staff are not all friendly and accommodating. Forced to open the door without even asking/mention why is he there and why did he open the door without our permission. Feel not secured!. Decor and lack of ambience in the bar!. The room had a mixed smell of moisture and improper air the room. No hotel slippers :(. No comments. I didn't like that I was charged twice and the guy at the desk was unable to provide an immediate remedy for the situation...it was only after I initiated a phone call to letsbookhotel.com, that he was able to come to some sort of resolution, in which I'm still waiting on my 100% refund w/o penalties...It's been over a week now. room service lady how she open the door while we are sleeping and we didnt put any paper for room cleaning ....no body help as 2 take our laggeuags ... parking service very bad when we come late no body parking my car... the internet cost highly. Bath rooms can be little more spacious. -Full parking space -room service menu isn't satisfying and charging for delivery!! -Night front office isn't friendly. the room is too small, but ok. Wifi was not free. Internet access should be included in the rate Coffee station at the room need to be replenished more often. Bell staff should be available to at least to help the guest. Reception staff should be more friendly - very stiff at times. Shop very poor does not give a lot of variety to guests. gives the wrong impression when you say shop.
