Its location is easy to find. You can simply ask your taxi driver to take you to the Abu Dhabi Exhibition Center, and then you will find the hotel right next to the center. Hotel staff at the lobby and dining were all friendly and very attentive to their customer satisfaction. Room was very clean and spacious in good color match; blue and green stripes. Food also was very delicious especially pizzas we ordered to our room were perfect choices for late dinner with chilled wine or beer. I didn't .
all reviews » We stayed in Aloft for 2 nights at the new year.My wife and I are so happy of the staff's attitude (they were so friendly and helpful), cleanliness and the comfort of the rooms.I also had the opportunity to check the workout machines which were state of the art stuff I haven't seen before. Impressively smooth! Honestly we wanna come back sometime in the future and we'll recommend it to all our friends. Great hotel.I am sure we'll hear this name more in the future. Yahya Tosun Orthodontist . was a quick check in and check out is close to airport and not far from city center is located in a quiet area good choice for business trip room is good sized and designed the pool looks nice unfortunately i had no time to use it is good the idea to have the reception at first floor / lobby and the valet desk at ground - this avoid the crowds in both areas. I stayed in this hotel for 9 days. The entire staff are extremely hardworking, so polite and so friendly. The rooms are big, quiet and comfortable. The hotel facilities are superb. The upkeep of the hotel is excellent. After such a positive experience I’d be more than happy to stay here again or any Aloft hotels.. Highly recommended. I like that everything in the room was clean, well-maintained and very comfortable. Those staff at the concierge was excellent in their service, offering us alternative taxi when the one we booked did not appear. They were also helpful in giving alternative suggestions to places to visit. Perfect hotel for solo and young couples. Modern design. 5-7 minutes to Corniche. Very good night club with free cocktails. Lounge pool. One twin bed is big enough for 2 people. Allowed us to stay 3 adults + 1 baby in 1 room without any additional charge. I like the facilities and the room we stayed was brilliant, 1 Filipina Receptionist " carmelita" ( not sure on her exact name ), she's very friendly and she never failed to meet my demand when I arrived to the hotel,. Interior design, style, atmosphere, staff friendliness, events (Rain Party), swimming pool, gym, soap bars, technology, TV menu, cleanliness, open washroom, generosity (extra towels, checkout extension), everything!. We liked the location and the price. The design is very modern and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel to visitors. The Friday unlimited Margaritas at the Mai Lounge. We always go to the pool while we are there but NEVER knew about this. The stuff was so professional and the hotel design is unique, the.rooms was.so clean and elegant the service was.fast. The size of the room is worth the price. Nice and clean. Outdoor swimming pool was under maintenance which I was unfortunately not informed earlier than my arrival. The hotel offered an alternative to transfer their customers to their sister hotel nearby for swimming facilities. I didn't bother to use such transfer service, but still wish I could use the swimming pool for my next stay in Aloft. The pool was too cold. My room was booked for three but the extra bed only came after I called and made a request for it to be fixed. Also, amenities provided in the room were not topped up for three even on the second day. The towels, drinks and coffee was still provided for only two. The extra bed in the room should give an indication that an extra person is occupying the room. Staff not fast enough. AC was not working properly. But they compensated it by giving us free lunch for 3 persons. During my stay in the hotel, I called to house keeping to send us slippers, then few minutes, 1 Receptionist called and she told me to removed the DND sign ( in a very UNRESPECTFUL WAY!!) she didn't even allowed me to talk and she hang-up the phone and my ears felt like something hit my eardrums. It was November 14,around late afternoon. I went to Aloft Hotel many times , but it was the first time I encountered that kind of staff. "too much embarrassing". One of the staff members moved me to a lower class room that I paid a higher rate for, but they were happy to transfer me back though it took time. I asked for a checkout time extension and was even given a half hour extra but no one told me I had to update the card so that wasted some time too anyway XD. Our Wi-Fi access expired on the day of the check-out before 12 pm. Booked a non-smoking room but there was a strange smell in the room. Long way from downtown and biggest issue is they blocked access to Skype to phone so it added about 20% more to my bill so if you need to make phone calls I wouldn't recommend this hotel chain. The pool size is very nice but has no tails ... nothing. Nothing loved it all. Bit far from the city centre (although perfect for the Exhibition Centre). Poorly trained bar staff. channels are very poor, even less than normal cable pool is for relaxation and childeren , not for swimming room doesn't contain many essentail items,but the staff are helpful pool close 6 pm !!!!1. 1).No cups/glasses/spoons in the room. When we had a few friends over for a drink, we rang up to borrow wine glasses but we were only given 2(even we offered to be charged ). 2). The poor is very beautifully designed unfortunately the material used is really dangerous-we all got cut and scraped from having a swim there. The weather! That definitely wasn't the fault of the hotel. Nothing is bad. The freezer was not working properly. And the a/c was not working as well. We had to get it fixed which took abt an hour of our time. almost perfect..nothing to say here. None. This the second time I stay in the hotel and I was quite impressed so nothing bad. Hotel restaurant is pretty far from Abu Dhabi standard level. Little bit far from city center. we waiting for the second room to be prepared for about 30 min. Slow response to entertain additional request. Bedroom flipflops was not available. Hotel reall needs a steam sauna especially when you are there for work. Rough flooring in the pool -Looks good but not nice for children. Nothing. key card did not work on 2 occasions. There were two things I would like to mention; 1. Wifi coverage was very poor in my room(1005). 2. Small napkins were missing from wash basin. 3. The small patch of fungus was visible in mirror at the bottom edge the wash basin bowl. Second stay and I haven't found something I don't like yet. The bell men did not offer to take our bags when we arrived by taxi. Also our tv was not working properly and no one came to fix it after we called. the swimming pool is not safe it causes a lot of body scratches as the edges are too sharp and rough.
