The Staff are good, warm and considerate. All I have contact with in the hotel are wonderful. I want to single out one Mrs Ira, She exceptionally considerate. I came very late in the night and she waited, and warmly recieved me. I appreciate this humane aspect of her service -very professional -during my stay in Platinum. Staff great no english and me no Russian, we stilled .communicated.They helped me and I helped them.
