The staff at the four points zaporoszhye were freindly and the atention to my person was very good,the important thing is that the majority of the staff also speak english. Im general the level of service by management and staff were very proffessional. I would definately recomend this establishment to any person/persons who think to travel to Zaporozhye. Everything is True, Gem and sauna is free for us and we can use it everyday, Flat TV, Very Good A/C, Good view, nice breakfast, luxury Hotel with resonable price, i advice only this hotel for every one want to have comfortable stay in Zaporozhye, Staff too much helpful and they speach English very very good.
