Absolutely amassing hotel with window view to swimming pool with dolphins, even in reception it is a big window to swimming pool water, so you can see swimming dolphin! Hotel is situated in the park, near zoo and very close to central street. From the bus station nearby you can easily reach by bus amusement park "Gorkiy Park", which is also nice. Free tickets to dolphinarium (seats very close to stage) and aquarium are available, also possible to swim with dolphins with 20% discount (we didn'.
all reviews » - very clean - nice location in the center of the city surrounded by a park - nice upper floor terrace with a small swimming pool during summer time¨ - pool with dolphin - you can follow the show every day from the terrace and from some rooms - nice place especially for families, young kids. Half of the hotel rooms overlook the dolphins' pool which is quite amazing. The rooms are very modern and clean. The location is central. Nice rooftop terrace with great panoramic views of the city. Very modern and clean with good facilities including the unusual attribute of an on-site dolphinarium! We were offered free tickets to the show and found it very impressive: great for kids too. Staff was nice,kind and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to everybody especially people with small children because if its convenient location, not deep swimming pool and dolphins,. I can not say anything about meal, because we ate in canteens in the Sumskaya Street, it was cheaper. The breakfast and dining facilities could be better in terms of staff and food. Don't expect anyone to serve you quickly and without any problems, especially before 9:30 a.m. Service could be a bit slow. The restaurant is run by a different company so they chase you to pay bills separately for dinner and room service orders. Room had a minor malfunction...but its to be expected (your in the Ukraine;- p) It was fixed...and that was it. All good. The breakfast could be better. And waiters too. Very thin walls, you can hear all your neighbors and there was a lot of noise from outside that woke me up every night and every morning. The water was hard to keep at a temperature. It would be scalding hot one moment and freezing cold the next. can be noisy with active guests, water temperature changes often with shower. be prepared for the smell of the pool. Smells humid inside the hotel and in the room, but after a few hours with open windows/aircon it disappears. Hotel is inside a big park. At nights there is no light and I afraid of walking. Food's, service. - At check-in, desk Personnel was unfriendly - This whole hotel has a slight smell of fish (because of the dolphinarium on-site) - Cleaning lady came in the room unannounced and wouldn't leave (Ukrainean speaking only).
