This place is one of the most cosiest you can find, especially at such fair rates. The rooms are large and they have all features an accomodation needs to make you feel comfortable and home. It is the perfect synthesis of apartment with hotel features with a 24 hour reception-desk even serving meals and offering a lot of different beverages. Arrangements for transfers and taxis are arranged at very reasonable prices. The location is quite calm though being only few minutes walk from the city ce.
all reviews » I liked my room and its design, the availability of TY, wi-fi, it was clean and there was everything necessary for me, even hair dryer and slippers. The staff was friendly and hospitable. I liked the atmosphere of the hotel. The room was very cosy. i liked the hotel a lot, including the staff, cleanness of the room and quiteness. it is located very close to center of kharkiv, just a 3 min walking distance to the opera house. Compared to my previous experiences in kharkiv, this hotel gets a +A. These people have helped me everytime ive asked for something, They go out of there way to find what it is that I am trying to say to them,They use Google translate,,,Lovely people lovely place...I would highly Recommend to anyone.. 100 %. I liked that suit had facilities which you not always expect to see in the hotels. For example, there were hairdrier, slippers. I liked that we were served breakfast which we did not expect as the sum we paid for the night was not large. Everything was absolutely perfect! Very friendly and helping staff, convenient location, rooms and service at the same level as in Premier Palace hotel but for significantly lower price. Highly recommended for everyone!. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly. I had to wake up at 3.40 am and at 4 the stuff made us breakfast. Also in the night it is no problem to get something to eat. The hotel does not receive credit cards (May 2013). Small portions for breakfast. Breakfasts. They were neither delicious, nor satisfying. Moreover, on the second day I was awakened by staff early in the morning. It was a breakfast delivery, which I didn't ask. Also, when I arrived they showed me two rooms, both the same price, but COMPLETELY different from each other. Of course, I chose the better one with reasonable pricing. But if the better room had been already occupied, why would I have to pay same money for the much worse room?.
