The apartment was extremely well equiped. The apartment was great, really clean and homely feeling, we didn't want to leave! It's in a great location to access the shops and the bars. Layout was really good, bedrooms lovely and nice to have 2 bathrooms (especially when you're girls trying to fight over the shower!). Overall was lovely and will definately be staying again.The central location was fantastic as it was easy to come and go and drop shopping off, etc. Every thing we expected and very well equipped very close to centre.Location and standard of interior decor and fittings. It was Central and in the best area for food. Central Location in York is excellent. i thought the apartment was first class from the comfort to the decor it was superb.It felt like home from home in a very great locality. Excellent location,spacious and modern apartment.location, clean and tidy. The apartments were perfectly located, right in the centre of York. Staying in an apartment was much more enjoyable than a hotel as you could come and go as you please. We were very happy with our stay.Where it was in york, tv with sky, our own space, the bathroomand shower. There was no internet access when it said there would be - very poor. clean modern apartment, centrally located. Nothing I did not like - it was mentioned there was a guide book re appartment etc (but I never found one!) A map of the local area would have been v useful.Sofa in the apartment was too small. Second time we've stayed in these flats, just brilliant, no hassle, nofuss, just spot on. Keep it up build more and more all over the country.No bath mat. A lack of hooks/somewhere to hang clothes throughout the flat. Morning deliveries each day at 7.00 a.m. may be an issue if you were on holiday.No car parking and a little bit hard to find - some detailed directions would have been useful. Was a bit of a shame that you didn't get many sky channels, we expected some movie channels but couldn't seem to find any that worked. Everything in the apartment was fantastic except the sofa and chair, they were rather uncomfortable but otherwise the apartment was brilliant.Kitchen could have been cleaner. We were given the wrong access key code and spent some time trying to get in, we did not know which appartment we were in and also did not have the correct access number for the door key eather. This was not a good start on a wet night after a long drive. A very helpful man from the restaurant sorted things out. All was great sfter that.Settee and Armchair are far too small and uncomfortable. the carpets were a little dirty but did not put me off.the sofa was to small. The apartment itself like i said was lovely, but the customer service was appalling. We did not meet any of the staff, apart from to be let in by someone from Harvilles resteraunt. Booking the apartment was fine, although i tried to clear up many queries with Centro and received no response. I was very disappointed with the attitude of members of staff that i finally managed to speak too.Conservatory style chairs that were not comfortable and the fact that westood around for some time cos there was no-one there to meet us. could not access apartment - key missing. Rang office- no reply. left message - no response. manager of restaurant below helped us out. Found our apartment was occupied- double booked! Found us another apartment as last minute on New Year's Eve! Admin procedures need attention - urgently!.
