  Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast good (continental} Rooms very comfortable and clean. Near to tube station and eating places. - Close to well-connected tube station. Pleasant surroundings from the tube station to the hotel. The english breakfast was tasty (but a bit expensive).

  We stayed in the new wing and this was wonderful. Clean, new and very comfortable. I really recommend that if you are staying here you request the refurbished new wing because our friend was staying in a room next to the bar which was tired and far less comfortable than ours. - space

  It very nice and at a great price. The other hotel I stayed at recently, Nayland Hotel near Paddington was horrible and massively overpriced - Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and the location was great. Within walking to distance to Pimlico Tube.

  Great apartment, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Great kitchen with all the things you need. Tv and free Wi-Fi. Just 10 minutes walking from Londen Bridge station and less than 5 minutes walking to the famous Tower bridge. Grocery store just around the corner.   It was literally a minute's walk from Kensington Olympia and the Kensington Olympia station, which was ideal for us. The hotel was very clean, and nicely decorated. My room contained a safe and a fridge, but no wardrobe, I was only staying one night so that didn't really matter. We hope to come to the same exhibition next year and this hotel will be - It was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, the shower room was very clean and well designed, the bedlinen was crisp and clean and although our doubleroom was small, it was adequately furnished with enough storage space for clothes. The breakfast room was well laid out and the continental breakfast well served with plenty of choice.

  i just tell you that everthing was positive,the malasya lady is very polite ! in my next return to london i would like to be there again.. nice and lovely place as well - I read a few poor reviews of this hotel and have to say that none were justified. The staff and hotel were all better than expected and my stay was great.

  it was very clean. the staff were most helpful. the room was amazing with tea and coffee making facilities, state of the art TV and superb bathroom. i would stay again without a doubt. - A very nice hotel, I was very pleased to stay there. Massively better experience than slightly cheaper hotels around in the same area.
