  The place was spaceious for an apartment in london, it was clean and the location was perfect; in the shopping street and near 2 undergound stations and 3 bus stops not to mention the hyde park and edgwar road.. totally love it - Excellent location, great facilities. Ok value for money.

  Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The 24/7 reception and the locking of the doors at night made the place very safe in this particular part of Camden town. Being a student lodge for the most part I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the building was at night and how clean it remained at all times. The design is calm and I like that every room had a stacked book shelf with all kinds to choose from.   The staff was very helpful and courteous. The location is excellent with Paddington tube and train nearby. Parking was an added feature, but all hotels in the vicinity offer this facility. Room was clean and spacious- we had a family room.

  We had a great time at this hotel. We booked the hotel as it was so close to the royal albert hall and was a little concerned about the some of the negative reviews the hotel got. (old,need of refurbishment etc). But this hotel was the best we've stayed in london for the price. 1.
